1. Parties
These terms govern the use of the website arlyxen.com, operated by Arlyxen AB, company registration number 559421-8376, with its registered office in Stockholm, Sweden.
2. Scope of the service
Arlyxen provides general financial information, tools and educational content aimed at the Swedish market. The content does not constitute individual advice and should not be interpreted as a recommendation to buy or sell financial instruments.
3. User responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is correct, that you do not use the platform in breach of Swedish law and that you do not attempt to circumvent technical security measures.
4. Intellectual property
All content — texts, graphics, logos and code — is owned by Arlyxen AB or its licensors and is protected by the Swedish Copyright Act (1960:729).
5. Limitation of liability
Arlyxen AB is not liable for indirect damages or missed investment returns. Our liability is limited, to the extent mandatory consumer law allows, to the amount you may have paid during the past twelve months.
6. Applicable law and disputes
Swedish law applies to the agreement. Disputes are settled in the first instance by the Stockholm District Court. Consumers may also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm.
7. Amendments
Arlyxen AB reserves the right to update these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance on the website or by email.
