2. What we collect

We process your name, email address, IP address, language preference and information about your use of the website. This data is either provided by you when subscribing to the newsletter or collected automatically via cookies.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to deliver the newsletter (consent, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), to improve site functionality (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and to meet legal obligations such as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (legal obligation, art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Retention period

Subscription data is retained as long as you remain a subscriber and up to 24 months after unsubscribing. Accounting records are retained for seven years under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (1999:1078).

5. Your rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may also withdraw your consent and lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm.

6. Transfers to third countries

We aim to process personal data within the EU/EEA. If transfers to third countries occur, we use Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

7. Changes to this policy

Material changes are communicated via the website or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. This version applies from 1 January 2026.
